Chris thinks I'm weird.
Chris thinks I'm weird.

The bad thing is I bought it about a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. Chris called them yesterday and they said it could be 4-6 weeks! I thought that was a little crazy!
And the main reason I'm chalking this up to being a productive day is:
The credenza and hutch:
That's how I often describe my skin color.
Does anyone else watch Real Housewives? (FYI, a lot of you can't pretend you don't because we all talk about it on Thursday nights on Twitter!!).

He found this gigantic ball and he LOVED it. I think he would have brought it home if I'd have let him!
B's friend Harper was there today for the first time too! He looked at her like, "I think I know you from somewhere...."
Recognize this one? I ordered this one a couple of months ago for B:
The second, is something I used to not be able to live without - a badge reel for work! Aren't these adorable?!
So head on over here for your chance to win a paci clip OR a badge reel!

This is a little crazy.
And then he settled in to read a book.

Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 pound)
1/4 cup butter
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
Stir the flour, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper on a plate. Coat the chicken with the paprika mixture.
Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Stir the soup and green onions in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the sour cream.
My Changes:
I forgot to add the garlic powder. Whoops. Next time I'd be sure to do that.
I didn't have green onions on hand so I used some onion powder and a little minced dehydrated onion.
The sauce was SUPER thick so I added 1 1/2 cans of water.
Next time I'll add more salt and more red pepper. It needed a little more flavor.

He really liked his mini golf club set!
