Chris and I took a little vacation, just the two of us!!
We headed for Dallas for two reasons. One, I like to shop there, and two, the Razorbacks were playing in the Cotton Bowl.
You know what else Dallas has to offer? In-N-Out!
In-N-Out is my happy place. I can't believe I'm going to say this but, I love it more than Chick-fil-a. I know. Crazy. But seriously, it is so good. When we lived in California there was one 5 minutes from our house. Now we have to drive 5 HOURS! But it's so worth it!Anyway, I was on a mission to find some good deals. And find some, I did. First, I hit up the Le Creuset outlet and scored these pans for 40% off of their already very discounted price.
Then I got a pair of my favorite J Crew jeans for $24 (normally $125). Actually, technically those were free because I was using a J Crew gift card I got for Christmas! And at the Saks outlet they had a pair of Sperry wedges that I already own in off-white in black for $26 (normally $100) so I bought those too!
Chris also found a pair of jeans that he likes (normally $130) for $28! So, I would say we both did good!
While we were there we also visited one of my other very favorite places - Whole Foods. I know that is kind of weird. I love grocery stores, and Whole Foods in my second favorite one! In case you're wondering what could possibly top Whole Foods, it's Dean and Deluca. Ha! We ended up eating lunch there the day that we came home and I brought back some goodies that I can't get here.
